The What...
As a Team Member, you will be central to the customer experience!

Your shifts may include welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professional and energetic customer service will ensure memorable experiences for our customers.

You will be trained across all key areas of the centre to support the customer journey, and may be required to work in the kitchen.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays.

Typical shifts include:

• Weekday mornings: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday evenings: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend mornings: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend evenings: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre, and under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression and apprenticeships.
