The What...

As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience!

Your duties may include welcoming customers, hosting parties, or serving food & drinks. Your professional, energetic, and enthusiastic approach will ensure our customers have an enjoyable and value-for-money experience.

Team Members are trained across all key areas, including potential work in the kitchen, to support the customer journey.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are generally open from 9am to midnight, seven days a week.

Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability is especially needed.

Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
• Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
• Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
• Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

Shift times may vary by centre; details will be provided at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight but no later.

We provide thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training.
