Bakers + Baristas have proudly been serving our loyal customers and continue to grow from strength to strength. We freshly bake our muffins every day in our stores across the UK and Ireland. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in one of our stores.

The Role

As a Team Member, you will be working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the store. You will be baking our famous muffins fresh every day along with serving customers and making drinks. You will have excellent communication skills and provide our customers with memorable experiences that leave them hungry for more.

About You

• Delivering a memorable customer experience
• Handcraft hot and cold beverages to brand standards
• Follow Bakers + Baristas operational policies and procedures
• Deliver the highest standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Create a customer focused environment and have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers’ need
• Working collaboratively and as part of a team

Qualifications/Experience

• You will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
• You will have strong leadership skills.
• Ability to influence sales through your team and excellent customer service.
