Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Team Member at Baldock Services to deliver great customer service, prepare hot food and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will greet customers, process orders efficiently, and uphold brand standards while working as part of a friendly, flexible team across varied shifts.

Qualifications

Shifts: Vary between 4am to 7pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
