Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member in Lancaster for weekend shifts, with Saturday, Sunday and Monday starts from as early as 4am. You will help deliver Greggs favourites alongside excellent customer service as part of an enthusiastic, supportive team.

The role offers up to weekly pay, discretionary bonus potential, and strong development opportunities while contributing to an outstanding rest stop experience across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Process orders and requests quickly and accurately
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Maintain brand standards and a customer-centric service
• Restock displays to maximise product availability
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming

Shifts: 24 Hours per week, Saturday, Sunday, Monday potential 4am starts

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade
