Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Team Member at Woolley Edge Services, Wakefield. The role offers £12.83 per hour for 21 hours per week, with shifts between 3am and 7:30pm.

You will greet customers, take orders, and help prepare hot food and beverages, while upholding brand standards and delivering friendly, efficient service. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced rest-stop environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
