Moto Hospitality is hiring a Team Member for overnight production at Leigh Delamere Services, Chippenham. You will welcome customers, process orders, and prepare a range of hot food and beverages while upholding brand standards.

The role offers weekly pay, discretionary bonus potential, employee discounts and development opportunities, with a nights shift from 11:45pm to 7:15am. Join a friendly, fast-paced team committed to great service.

Qualifications

• Overnight production experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience in busy retail/restaurants.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Willingness to follow brand standards.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• This role is primarily for overnight production


• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
