Moto Hospitality at Cherwell Services, M40 Junction 10, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX27 7RD, is hiring a Team Member at £12.83ph. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and prepare a range of hot food and beverages while upholding our brand standards in a busy rest-stop environment.

We offer weekly pay, up to discretionary bonus pay per year, up to 60% colleague discount, enhanced benefits including sick pay and life assurance, and funded qualifications to support your development.

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade

Shifts: Vary between 4am to 8pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends requried
