Job summary

Moto is seeking a friendly Team Member at Lancaster Services to deliver high-quality service and hot food alongside a busy team. You’ll greet customers, process orders, prepare baked goods, and keep displays replenished to ensure excellent product availability.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen,ready for the following days trade

Team Member - £12.90 per hour

Shifts: The majority of shifts for this role are scheduled between 4:00am and 12:00pm.
