Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting for a Team Member at Burton Services, M6 Northbound between Junction 35 and 36. The role involves greeting customers, preparing baked goods and beverages, and delivering excellent service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

You’ll join a friendly team, work across early to evening shifts, and enjoy weekly pay and a range of benefits including discounts and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
