Job summary

Tebay Services is seeking a Team Member for our Filling Station in Penrith. You will work with a friendly team to greet customers, handle till duties, stock shelves, and prepare homemade food and artisan coffees for takeaway. You’ll contribute to a memorable customer experience at our Westmorland family sites.

We offer full training, a positive environment, and benefits, with weekend and shift patterns typical for a filling station role. You must be over 18 and ready to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Over 18 to work in Filling Stations.
• Previous retail or filling station experience is a plus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till and serve customers at the deli counter.
• Stock replenishment and keeping the shop tidy.
• Prepare and serve artisan coffees and hot meals for takeaway.
• Ensure safety in handling petroleum products in line with health & safety standards.

As part of the Filling Station team you will support with all duties in the Filling Station, be that working on the till, stock replenishment, cooking off our homemade food, serving customers on the Deli counter or making artisan coffees for customers to take away. Safety is a priority when working in our filling station and you will oversee the safe delivery and dispensing of petroleum products in line with our health and safety standards.* ## About You* You should have a positive 'can do mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a retail or filling station environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
