Job summary

Rodeo Bar in Birmingham is seeking a Team Member to join our kitchen crew. You will maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation and dishwashing throughout the shift.

You will set up and use the mechanical dishwasher, keep the food line stocked with clean plates, and complete end-of-shift sanitation tasks. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth within our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher for the shift.
• Keep the food line stocked with clean plates and assist in multiple cleaning tasks at shift end.
