Job summary

Rodeo Bar in Birmingham, United Kingdom, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will complete prep, set up the cook’s station, ensure plates meet presentation and quality standards, and prepare all menu items according to our recipes and specifications.

You will help maintain equipment, verify stock, and keep a clean work area while cross-training with other kitchen stations. We offer training and opportunities for growth within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all prep work and set up the cook’s station.
• Maintain product presentations, quality, and cook time standards; prepare items to recipe specifications.
• Set up equipment, verify stock, and clean cooking equipment.
• Prepare food items to specification while keeping a clean work area.
• Cross-train and learn other stations within the Kitchen.
