Wadworth & Co Ltd operates The Falkland Arms, a 16th-century country inn in Great Tew, delivering memorable hospitality through great service, food and drink. We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic Team Members to join our pub team and help create outstanding guest experiences with a collaborative, supportive culture.

• Frontline hospitality experience is preferred.

The Falkland Arms is an iconic 16th-century country inn located in the picturesque village of Great Tew. Combining historic charm with outstanding hospitality, quality food and drink, and guest accommodation, it's a fantastic place to work as part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our pub team. Whether you're serving behind the bar, delivering great food, welcoming guests or supporting your colleagues, you'll play a key role in bringing our values to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Preparing and serving drinks and food to the highest standards.
