Wadworth & Co Ltd invites you to join The Wheelwrights Arms, a welcoming country pub near Reading, as a Team Member. You’ll help serve guests, prepare drinks and meals, and contribute to a warm, memorable guest experience.

With the right attitude and a willingness to learn, you’ll receive training and work with a friendly team to deliver outstanding hospitality at busy times and during events, while enjoying a supportive workplace and flexible hours.

The Wheelwrights Arms is a welcoming country pub in St Nicholas Hurst, near Reading, combining historic character with outstanding hospitality. Known for its great food and drink, live music, community atmosphere and beautiful outdoor spaces, it's a fantastic place to work as part of a friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our pub team. Whether you're serving behind the bar, delivering great food, welcoming guests or supporting your colleagues, you'll play a key role in bringing our values to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.


• Preparing and serving drinks and food to the highest standards.


• Taking pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the pub.


• Working closely with your team to deliver a great customer experience.


• Supporting busy services with a positive, can-do attitude.


• Taking ownership of your role and contributing to the success of the pub.
