Job summary

Boston Tea Party in the West of England is looking for Team Members to join our team. You’ll greet guests warmly, take orders, and help with coffee and food during busy brunch periods. No previous hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone helps out and grows every day. Training is provided and a daytime hospitality role without late-night finishes awaits you, with plenty of energy and a great team to work

We're looking for brilliant Team Members to join our Boston Tea Party team.

Never worked in a café before? That's absolutely fine.

We can teach you how to make coffee, take an order and carry three plates without disaster. What we're really looking for are great people - people who are friendly, curious, reliable and happy to get stuck in.

Because at Boston, everyone plays their part.

What you'll be doing

Café life moves pretty quickly, so you won't spend much time standing still.

Depending on the shift, you might be welcoming guests, taking orders, running food, clearing tables, making drinks or helping your teammates through a busy Saturday brunch.

You'll:

• Give every guest a warm, genuine welcome.

Nobody gets the glamorous jobs all day, either. Café life means clearing tables, loading dishwashers, sweeping floors and occasionally dealing with a spectacularly messy highchair.

Who we're looking for

You don't need hospitality experience.

You don't need to know anything about coffee.

And you definitely don't need to arrive knowing all the answers.

We're much more interested in your attitude.

You'll probably be someone who:

You enjoy being around people and making them feel welcome. You're happy to have a chat, notice when someone needs something and bring a bit of personality to their day.

You turn up when you say you will, work hard and look out for the people around you. If something needs doing, you're happy to get stuck in.
