Job summary

HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Team Member at Thorns Hall, Sedbergh, Cumbria to help prepare guest rooms and public spaces and to greet guests with warm hospitality. You will assist in dining service, Afternoon Tea delivery, and packing picnic lunches for guests enjoying guided or self-guided holidays.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience or a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms and public areas to create a welcoming atmosphere.

What will you be doing:

Working in ourThorns HallCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 45guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be preparing guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be the welcoming face serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Members also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:
