Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is seeking Team Members for Southampton Airport’s Olive Tree and Starbucks outlets. The role offers a base pay of £12.85 per hour, with an extra £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour. The contract is fixed-term until September, with potential to become permanent, and shifts run 5am–1pm or 1pm–10pm.

Flexibility across weekdays, weekends and holidays is required. Own transport is preferred due to limited early-morning services.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista Experience is Preferred But Not Necessary.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.
• Experience in high-volume Hospitality or Retail is preferred and/or night shift experience is desirable.

TEAM MEMBER – SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS

Previous Barista Experience Is Preferred But Not Necessary.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour f or hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent.

Shift patterns 5am - 13:00 & 13:00 - 22:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Limited transport links for early morning shift, own transport is preferred.

About You

About The Team Member Role
