Job summary

The Rank Group is looking for a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food and drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across Front of House, floor and Food & Beverage, and elevate issues when needed, with real contracts from 8 to 35 hours.

Competitive pay is £12.71 per hour plus amazing perks, and the role includes benefits such as pension, life assurance, sick pay, uniform provision and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Customer-service experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment.
• Friendly, upbeat attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and support guests to make every visit feel special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, venue tidy and reset quickly between sessions.
• Explain game rules and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health, safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and help across front of house, floor, Food & Beverage and cleaning.
