As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience!
Your duties may include welcoming customers at reception, hosting parties, or serving food and drinks. Your professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm will ensure customers enjoy an excellent, value-for-money experience.
Team Members are trained across key areas of the centre to support and add value at every stage of the customer journey, including potential kitchen support.
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when availability is especially needed.
Shift times vary by centre and will be confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight. You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training.
