Role Overview

The Assistant Housekeeper assists in managing housekeeping operations to ensure excellent guest and member experiences, monitors standards, and supports the Executive Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing housekeeping operations
• Manage budgets through effective stock and cost controls
• Support departmental targets, work schedules, and policies
• Monitor team performance, focusing on training and teamwork
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about room categories and amenities
• Maintain good communication with hotel departments, external customers, and suppliers

• Experience in hotel/leisure/retail sector in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
