Job summary

itsu is seeking team members to join our vibrant stores. You’ll cut fresh fish, roll maki, and prepare our famous dishes with care and precision, while delivering warm customer service.

Training is provided—from in-store sessions to app and Academy courses—to help you shine in our fast-paced environment. We offer weekly pay with a Thursday schedule, early wage access, paid breaks and a generous holiday allowance.

• Background checks required for airport roles including employment, education and gaps, plus UK/Overseas criminal record checks.

In order to work in the airport, you will be required to go through 5-year background checks including; providing referee information for all employment, education, and gaps [unemployment] periods, criminal record checks [UK and Overseas, if living outside of the UK within the past 5 years].

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.80 per hour, including an hourly bonus and NO zero hours contracts!

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
