Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in Cheltenham is looking for a Team Member to greet guests, take orders and support serving food and drinks, including our own Brewhouse beers. You will help with setup and closing, and strive to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from guests and suggesting dishes and drinks.
• Serving food and beverages and ensuring a great guest experience.
• Supporting setup and closing-down of the pub.
• Assisting with smooth running of shifts and maintaining high standards.

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every pub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you’ll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed Brewhouse Brewing Co beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the pub.
