Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in Cardiff is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, take orders and help with daily pub operations. You’ll be passionate about great food and craft beer, delivering a warm, high-standard service and working with a supportive team to create a memorable guest experience.

• Taking orders from guests and recommending dishes and drinks.
• Serving food and drinks and delivering a memorable guest experience.
• Assisting with setup and closing duties to keep the pub running smoothly.

Job description

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every pub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you’ll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed Brewhouse Brewing Co beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the pub.
