Job summary

Shaw Trust is seeking an intern to support Prospects Supported Internships from Redbridge. You will help interns progress in work placements and assist in transitioning to paid employment, with training and support for business partners and families.

This fixed-term maternity cover runs until 2 March 2027, based at Redbridge, with employee benefits including generous leave, pension, life assurance and development opportunities.

Purpose

To support interns on Prospects Supported Internships to progress in their work placements and make successful transitions into paid employment. To provide training and support for business partners and families, to ensure success during the workplace placements and to seek out job opportunities both within and outside of the host employers.

Please note this is a fixed-term role to support with maternity cover until 2nd March 2027
