Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking an experienced Store Team Manager to lead a high‑performing store team, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. You will inspire colleagues, drive results, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers in-store.

This role emphasises effective communication, coaching, and problem solving to grow sales, optimise trade activity, and implement the Store Change Plan while upholding Tesco's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Prioritising colleague safety and ensuring the store always trades legally by coaching the team to use all security and safety tools effectively.
