Job summary

Tesco is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team. You will drive a welcoming, customer-first experience, coach staff on product knowledge, safety, and service, and push initiatives to grow sales and improve store operations.

You will recruit and train colleagues, ensure compliance and sustainability while maintaining strong relationships with customers and teammates. A supportive, inclusive environment encourages growth and progression.
