Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Nottingham store. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure strong product range and service.

You’ll coach staff, manage trade activity, and implement store change plans to optimise resources and hours for customers. You’ll identify root causes and drive long-term solutions while prioritising safety and legal compliance.
