Coventry City Council is seeking a dynamic Team Manager, Quality Assurance and Safeguarding to head our QA Framework and Safeguarding in Education Service. This role offers a chance to influence practice across Children’s Services, drive continuous improvement, and improve safeguarding outcomes for Coventry’s children and families.

Team Manager Quality Assurance and Safeguarding

Coventry City Council is looking for a dynamic Team Manager, Quality Assurance and Safeguarding to head our Quality Assurance Framework and Safeguarding in Education Service . This is a fantastic opportunity to influence practice across Children's Services, drive continuous improvement, and make a meaningful difference to safeguarding outcomes across the city .

You will bring strong social work leadership experience, excellent partnership-working skills, and a proven ability to analyse performance, implement change, and support high-quality safeguarding practice. This is a 6-month opportunity.

Essential: A Social Work qualification, Social Work England registration, and substantial safeguarding and leadership experience in children's services.
