Coventry City Council is seeking a dynamic Team Manager, Quality Assurance and Safeguarding to head our QA Framework and Safeguarding in Education Service. You will influence practice across Children's Services, drive continuous improvement, and make a meaningful difference to safeguarding outcomes across the city.

You will bring strong social work leadership experience and analytics to support high-quality safeguarding practice.

Qualifications

• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Substantial safeguarding and leadership experience in children’s services.
• Ability to analyse performance, implement change, and lead practice improvement.
