Job summary

Kettle Produce Ltd in Cupar, Scotland is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team on a 40-hour rota. You’ll drive performance, develop staff, manage HR activities, and ensure health and safety standards across production and related functions.

You will promote a respectful, inclusive environment, work with other departments, and focus on cost management and continuous improvement while meeting targets and training opportunities.

Working Hours are 40 hours per week on a rota basis of days and backshift, with every second weekend off. The actual working hours vary on the rota from 06.45 - 14.00, 14.15 - 22.00 and 06.45 - 17.30.

Salary – £36,000.00 to £39,000.00 depending on experience
