As Team Manager in the Neurodiversity Team, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality services while supporting and developing a team of skilled practitioners.
About the Role As Team Manager, you will provide operational leadership and management to a busy Adult Social Care team. You will ensure high standards of practice, effective safeguarding arrangements, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
This is an exciting team that was created over a year ago that works with neurodiverse adults that require the support of adult social care. This team focusses on enabling people to live their lives as independently as they can as they live with neurodiversity alongside other people. This is small but dedicated team of social workers and Intensive Support Workers, working countywide.
This role is fixed-term for 12 months.
