Salary: £51,802 - £54,924 a year pro rata plus £5,000 market supplement allowance and £3,203 car benefit allowance a year pro rata

As the Team Manager in our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you will play a pivotal role in protecting children and young people across Luton. You'll be responsible for the operational leadership of MASH, ensuring we deliver a high-quality, seamless, and timely safeguarding response through effective multi-agency collaboration with professionals from Health, Police, Probation, Early Help, and more.
You will manage a team of skilled practitioners, lead on strategic decisions, and be the key point of contact for complex safeguarding issues-providing clear advice, strong leadership, and informed decision-making that supports the best outcomes for children.
What You'll Be Doing:
This position is available as a secondment opportunity for 1 year. If you are a permanent LBC employee, you must have written approval (an email will suffice) from your manager prior to applying and a copy will need to be submitted with your application. Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
