Qualified Social Worker, Team Manager - Complex Team

Pay rate: £45 per hour

Contract role

Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to work as a Team Manager in a Complex Team in Hammersmith & Fulham.

This is a high-profile position that requires positive relationships with residents, colleagues, partners, senior managers, and elected members.

The team manager will be responsible for managing resources to maintain service delivery, ensuring appropriate risk management and business continuity measures are in place.

Operational responsibilities include delivering efficiency within budget, collaborating with commissioning and procurement colleagues to enhance value for money, and managing relationships with service providers. The role involves working closely with senior managers, including the Head of Specialist Services, to develop and shape service provision.

The role requires flexibility; the team manager will be supported with mobile IT equipment and hot desk facilities across borough offices.
