Job summary

Loro Piana is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a sales floor team in Greater London. You will lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and ensure an exceptional client experience in line with the Maison's heritage and standards.

You will coach staff, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with merchandising to optimise product placement and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Loro Piana to clients with warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and values.
• Promote heritage, craftsmanship and exceptional value of LP products.
• Maintain high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence.
• Drive sales by setting targets, monitoring results and taking actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to optimise assortment, product placement and business opportunities; oversee daily operations, stock management and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate with operations teams.
• Deliver strong client experience and foster a client-centric culture, using feedback/tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guide team members in delivering consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Recruit, lead and develop the team through coaching and training to ensure engagement and growth.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, upholding LVMH values and service culture.
• Identify training needs and support capability-building for high-quality client experience.

The Team Manager manages a team on the sales floor, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and targets are achieved. Coordinates team execution, supports performance and maintains consistency in client experience and operational standards.
