Cornish Close consists of five terraced bungalows situated in Wythenshawe. We provide 24-hour supported living support for up to 14 adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and complex health conditions. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live meaningful, independent lives. We work closely with families, professionals, and the people we support to create positive outcomes, promote independence, and build a strong sense of community.
As Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the service, supporting staff to deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred support. You will provide visible day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to Lead Support Workers and Support Workers, while working closely with fellow Team Managers and the Supported Living Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your operational management skills, strengthen your leadership capabilities, and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service.
