Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a proactive Team Manager (Driver Essential) to lead a team of support workers across Pitsea, Wickford, and travel to Streatham and Sutton as needed.

You will oversee service delivery, coaching staff, reviewing care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting person-centred care and positive outcomes for those supported.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Driver with access to own vehicle; travel between services.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
• Skilled in managing teams and driving service improvements.
• Passionate about person-centred care and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
