Job summary

Tesco PLC in Greater London is seeking a Team Manager to lead store teams, deliver excellent customer experiences, and drive sales and profitability on a day-to-day basis.

You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach product knowledge, manage shift patterns, and help implement the Store Change Plan while prioritising safety and compliance.

Lead trade activity, using insight and expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
