Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Team Manager to support a dynamic and committed team of Social Workers within the Children with Disabilities Team. You will help lead a group of 6 Social Workers, from ASYE to Advanced Practitioners, ensuring high-quality services for children with additional needs.

The Children with Disabilities Team covers all elements of Social Work and while experience within CWD is desirable, it is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of social workers.
• Experience with Children with Disabilities (CWD) is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of 6 Social Workers ranging from ASYE to Advanced Practitioners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Children with Disabilities Team to achieve positive outcomes for children with additional needs.
