Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Team Manager for the Children with Disabilities Service within the All Age Disabilities Service. Qualifications

• Social Work degree and HCPC registration are essential.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and safeguarding professional standards.
• Experience leading a multi‑disciplinary social work team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 5 social workers and an Advanced Practitioner.
• Provide management oversight, supervision, and reflective practice.
• Chairs strategy discussions and participates in care proceedings when needed.
• Ensure safeguarding is effective and outcomes are child‑centered.
• Support transitions for children aged 14–18 with Adult services.
