Job summary

The role oversees Supervising Assistant Team Manager, Senior Practitioner, social workers, and family support staff, with a focus on safeguarding, CIN plans and collaboration with multiple services.

You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England, with ASYE completed, and you will drive excellence in practice and outcomes while

• Qualified Social Worker with extensive post-qualifying training.
• Experience supervising qualified social workers and support staff.
• Experience with children with disabilities and CIN plans.
