Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom seeks a Store Team Manager to lead a high-performing in-store team, recruit, train and develop colleagues, and ensure excellent service, range and product knowledge for customers.

You will drive the Store Change Plan, coach the team, manage safety and compliance, and optimise resources to maximise customer satisfaction and store profitability.
