Job summary

Career Connect in Liverpool is seeking a Team Manager to lead young people’s services across the Liverpool City Region, driving NEET reduction and raising aspirations.

You will oversee the operational delivery of our contracts, ensure delivery against aims, objectives and KPIs, manage budgets and staff, and build strong relationships with partners while supporting social mobility. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience of ensuring high performance, managing people and budgets.
• Experience leading contract delivery and working to agreed KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner collaboration skills.
