We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join Calderdale Recovery Steps, our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in Halifax. You'll lead, supervise and support a multidisciplinary team delivering a flexible and accessible service to people accessing drug and alcohol treatment and recovery support. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of designated areas of the service, ensuring colleagues are supported to deliver high-quality, person-centred support while meeting service standards, contractual requirements and performance targets. People management will be a key part of the role. You'll coach and develop colleagues, provide regular supervision, manage performance and absence, support recruitment and induction, and create an environment where your team can perform at their best.
