Job summary

Inspire North in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and support a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed interventions within the North East Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Service.

You will oversee day-to-day running, champion safeguarding, monitor performance and build partnerships across the sector, while guiding staff with supervision and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising and developing staff to deliver high-quality services.
• Strong understanding of domestic abuse and safeguarding.
• Ability to build partnerships and drive improvement.
