We Are Survivors seeks an experienced leader to oversee advocacy and support services in Greater Manchester. You will drive a survivor-centred, trauma-informed approach across the organisation, ensuring services are well-led, responsive to survivors‘ needs and aligned with contracts and partnerships.

The role requires strong governance, collaboration with senior teams, and the ability to turn strategy into effective day-to-day practice, with safeguarding at its core.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading services or clinical provision.
• Ability to translate strategy into day-to-day practice.

Responsabilités

• Support the Service Director, Operations Director and Executive Team with successful delivery of all support and advocacy services, meeting contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Proactively build and maintain a highly influential role as a senior Management Team member.
• Governance of trauma-informed / survivor-centric model and NHS/IAPT pathways.
• Deliver quality assured trauma-informed / survivor-centric services.
• Lead accurate record keeping of We Are Survivors clients and interventions.
• Design auditing and reporting to Executive Leadership and stakeholders, including safeguarding.
• Attend / Chair internal meetings in line with organisational requirements for delivery teams.
• Engage with external meetings and input accordingly.
• Keep informed of changes in policy at local and national levels.
• Maintain professional registration and CPD.
• Undertake tasks as directed by Executive Team.
