The Role

The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store by leading and motivating your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store. You will be responsible for one of the three departments in store, and at times, you may need to work cross-functionally to support other departments.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the functionality of a team by setting goals for colleagues each shift, providing guidance and instructions, and leading by example. You will review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion during your shifts. In the absence of senior management, you will assume the role of duty manager. We are looking for someone with previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role with a contract of 36.75 hours. You must be available to work between 6 am and 10:30 pm, including one weekend day.
