Durham County Council is seeking a Team Leader - Tenancy Sustainment to lead a team in delivering supported housing across the county. You will manage case allocations, supervise staff, and work with partner agencies to sustain tenancies and achieve positive outcomes.

As Team Leader - Tenancy Sustainment, you will lead and support a team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers, ensuring clients receive the right support to sustain their tenancies and achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with the Assistant Housing Manager, internal services and partner agencies to support tenants with complex needs, manage risk and promote a coordinated multi‑agency approach.
