Cineworld Telford is a vibrant 11-screen cinema located at Southwater Square. It is a complex cinema featuring both IMAX and 4DX screens, along with a Starbucks store. The management team includes a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, 1 Starbucks Store Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and 2 Starbucks Supervisors. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 team members. Due to the fast-paced and challenging nature of this role, it is well suited for experienced Team Leaders or candidates looking to take their first step into management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, be fully available 7 days a week, hold a full UK driving license, and be eager to develop their career with Cineworld.

If you are seeking more responsibility, the Team Leader role is ideal. You and your team will represent Cineworld, delivering an exceptional cinema experience for all customers. Responsibilities include providing leadership and support to team members, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cash Handling (including reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (IT systems, till operations, telephones)
• Cleaning
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards

• Addressing and resolving complaints
