Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a Team Leader to support four ladies living together in a bungalow in the Dudley area. You will lead a team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring dignity, independence and wellbeing with safeguarding at the core.

The role involves coordinating daily support, supervising staff and volunteers, and building strong partnerships with families and health professionals while promoting meaningful activities in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care team delivering person-centred support.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and compassionate approach.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with service users and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalised support for four ladies living together in a bungalow with a garden.
• Lead and supervise staff, volunteers and students to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and staff understand procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with families, health professionals and partner agencies.
• Develop meaningful relationships with each resident, respecting individuality and preferences.
